8% + VAT will include:
- The cost of Rent guarantee for the first year- cover of up to £50,000 rent arrears and legal costs
- Deposit handling and registration & dealing with any disputes at the end of the tenancy
- Acorn Properties will market your property, find tenants, carry out the full reference checks, prepare contracts & all admin and organise the move in
RENT COLLECTION
10% + VAT will include:
- Acorn Properties will market your property, find tenants, carry out the full reference checks, prepare contracts & all admin and organise the move in
- Collect the rent monthly
- Send over monthly statements from our accounts system
- Deposit handling and registration & dealing with any disputes at the end of the tenancy
- The cost of Rent guarantee for the first year- cover of up to £50,000 rent arrears and legal costs
MANAGEMENT
This option is ideal for landlords who do not wish to deal with the day to day issues and involvement of their property. Again, it includes all the services of a ‘Let Only’ plus the following:
12% + VAT will include:
- Acorn Properties will be your tenants’ main point of contact for all property management requirements
- Emergency out-of-hours contact number is available to tenants in managed properties 7 days a week
- Arranging estimates for maintenance and repairs
- Taking care of all invoices and contractor payments
- Providing full inspection reports during the tenancy with photographs and notification if any dilapidations or necessary repairs
- Monthly rent statements from our accounts system
- Rent will be paid by bill payments upon receipt of cleared funds from the tenants. Should any rent arrears ever occur, this will be chased and dealt with on your behalf
- The cost of Rent guarantee for the first year- cover of up to £50,000 rent arrears and legal costs
